I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item breaks due to a "maker or error" or an issue with a finding please send a photo of the damage and I will be happy to send a replacement, refund, or a new pair of your choosing. If the damage is due to mistreatment (improper storage, excessive force, exposure to harsh substances, etc.) I am happy to make a replacement pair if the materials are available at the original price. I use professional techniques for durability and test my findings, however, please remember they are handmade, and abiding by the care instructions is the best way to prevent damage!
