What materials do you use for your handmade polymer clay creations, and how do they contribute to the quality of your jewelry? Every piece is handmade out of polymer clay, and the hardware is ALWAYS hypoallergenic stainless steel or gold plated pieces; Only the charms (the hanging pieces that don't make contact with the earlobes are made out rwa/hammered brass)

Can you share insights into your shipping methods? How do you ensure the safe delivery of handmade polymer clay items to customers? Every order is guaranteed to be shipped in 2-4 business day using the French postal system (La poste/Colissimo). The delay of arrival may vary from place to place since every order is shipped from Rouen, Normandy in France.

How do you determine the prices for your handmade polymer clay jewelry, considering the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each piece? All the Andreina Clay's pieces are handmade, unique and original, nor 2 pair of my earrings will ever be the same from one another. Also, every pieces is carefully made, baked, pierced, polish and assembled by me, to assure the highest quality and beauty.

Are there any customization options available for your polymer clay jewelry, and how does the customization process work? Yes, The most simpler pieces are color customizable (Ex: If a heart-shaped pair of earrings is red, i could make them pink if you like), However for the most elaborated canes and designs, since they are unique, it will be nearly impossible to replicate shapes and colors.
EVERY PAIR could be modify for Clip-ons if your ears are not pierced.
- Can you provide information about the durability of your polymer clay jewelry? How do you ensure that each piece withstands daily wear? Polymer clay is very durable and resistent especially when well-handcrafted, and your earrings wont break if dropped or bent , however i dont recommend doing so. Also, please follow these few simple recommendations to take good care of your pieces:
- What sets your handmade polymer clay jewelry apart from mass-produced alternatives, and how do you maintain the uniqueness of each design? Every Andreina Clay piece is handmade, original, unique and SLOW MADE ( contrasting the fast fashion tendencies ). My designs are mine, and even when you see that some shapes for the earrings are not original (since i don't make cutters yet), i can assure you that the colors and themes will be always be unique.
- How often do you release new designs or collections in your polymer clay jewelry line? Not as often as i would like, but i try to release at least 3 Big collections throughout the year and several smaller collections here and there.
